About our client:
Our client is a high-growth Series A organization in the upskilling domain, supported by marquee investors. With a proven business model and strong expansion plans, they are looking to onboard a Head of HR to lead their people function and build a future-ready workforce.
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational growth and objectives
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract, hire, and retain top talent, while establishing succession plans for future leaders
- Manage compliance with labor laws across regions and oversee competitive compensation & benefits programs
- Build performance management frameworks to nurture and reward high performers
- Foster an inclusive workplace culture that encourages employee growth, engagement, and continuous learning
Ideal Candidate:
- MBA in Human Resources or Business Administration, with 10-15 years of HR leadership experience
- Proven track record in fast-growing organizations, ideally within BFSI, KPO, upskilling, or edtech sectors
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, with additional depth in performance management and employee development
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, align, and drive organizational change
- Passionate about building a positive workplace culture that balances high performance with innovation and collaboration
