Head - Human Resources (HRBP) - BFSI (15-20 yrs)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to partner closely with business leaders and drive strategic as well as operational HR initiatives. The role requires a strong HR Business Partner who can effectively manage talent, performance, employee engagement, workforce planning, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring seamless execution of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to understand and support evolving people and organizational needs.

- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives.

- Manage performance management processes, KPI setting, and appraisal cycles.

- Lead talent management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.

- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning and development programs.

- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.

- Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and conflict resolution.

- Collaborate with HR Operations to ensure smooth payroll, leave, compliance, and documentation processes.

- Generate HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics to support decision-making.

- Ensure implementation of HR policies, processes, and best practices.

- Support rewards, recognition, and compensation review cycles.

- Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders.

Requirements:

- MBA in HR or equivalent Master's degree.

- 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP responsibilities.

- Strong understanding of Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Organizational Development.

- Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.

- Prior experience in Financial Services, Banking, NBFC, Fintech, Asset Management, or Wealth Management will be preferred.
