Our Client is a leading Beverage manufacturing company is looking for an HR head having some experience of plant HR also
- The role involves developing extensive understanding of our business and deep knowledge of all human resources to ensure they are strategically aligned
- Lead the HR team and manage HR strategies and priorities
- Manage and standardize of full-range HR processes, across employee lifecycle.
- Facilitate effective employee experience, talent engagement and performance towards business outcomes.
- Ability to build strategic partnerships & collaborates across the organization to maximize outcomes.
- Ability to adapt individual leadership, HR processes across varied work-settings including corporate office, manufacturing plants, etc.
- Aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and ensuring effective talent management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
