Job Title: Head - HR & Talent Acquisition (15-20 yrs)

Industry: Real Estate / Realty / Infrastructure

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: Managing Director / CEO / Founder

Role Purpose

- Lead the end-to-end HR and Talent Acquisition function for a growing real estate organization, ensuring timely hiring, strong leadership pipelines, high employee engagement, and robust HR governance aligned with business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus):

- Own and drive hiring strategy across corporate, projects, sales, leasing, design, planning, construction, finance, and leadership roles

- Build strong talent pipelines for critical real estate functions and niche skill sets

- Partner with MD, CXOs, and business heads on workforce planning and leadership hiring

- Reduce time-to-hire while improving quality of hire

- Manage recruitment partners, consultants, and employer branding initiatives

- Lead and scale the TA team

HR Strategy & Operations:

- Design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks suited to real estate operations

- Drive performance management, appraisals, promotions, and compensation reviews

- Lead employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives

- Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes

- Ensure statutory compliance across corporate and project sites

Leadership & Business Partnering:

- Act as a strategic people advisor to founders and senior leadership

- Support organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development

- Align people strategy with project timelines, launches, and business expansion

Key Requirements:

- 12-18+ years of experience in HR & Talent Acquisition

- Strong exposure to real estate / infrastructure / construction / allied sectors

- Proven track record in bulk + leadership hiring

- Experience managing multi-location and project-based workforce

- Strong stakeholder management and execution capability

Key Success Metrics:

- Hiring TAT & quality of hire

- Leadership pipeline strength

- Attrition & engagement scores

- Compliance & governance

- HR process maturity
