Description:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on CHRO / Head of HR who brings deep experience in building organisations from the ground up. This leader will be responsible for designing and scaling our people strategy, culture, and HR operations while working closely with the executive team to support the company's growth trajectory. The ideal candidate has a builder mindset: someone who has built HR frameworks, policies, and teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments, and is comfortable working at both strategic and execution levels.

Responsibilities:

- Define, develop, and execute the HR strategy aligned with the organisation's business objectives and growth roadmap.

- Drive organisation design, workforce planning, and talent strategy to support scaling.

- Lead recruitment strategy to attract and retain high-performing talent across functions; establish strong hiring processes and employer branding.

- Champion company culture and values; design initiatives to strengthen engagement, performance, and belonging.

- Build and run performance evaluation frameworks, progression pathways, reward and recognition programs, and compensation benchmarking.

- Set up robust HR systems, metrics, policies, and compliance frameworks while maintaining operational efficiency and rigour.

- Partner with founders and senior leaders to support leadership development, feedback cycles, succession planning, and conflict resolution.

- Enable the organisation through growth phases, structural changes, and new initiatives with smooth, transparent implementation.

Requirements:

- Strong HR leadership experience in dynamic, high-growth startup or scale-up environments.

- Proven track record in building HR infrastructure, policies, talent practices, and people programs from scratch.

- Demonstrated ability to operate strategically while remaining willing to roll up sleeves and execute.

- Deep understanding of modern HR frameworks: performance management, engagement, competency mapping, talent development, compensation design, and HR analytics.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership coaching skills.

- Ability to influence at all levels, build trust, and drive alignment across teams.

- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and outcome-oriented mindset.
