
On behalf of our client we are looking for a seasoned HR leader to run client's group-level people strategy and operations across all the business units in India. Act as a primary partner to the Co-Founder on organization design, talent strategy, leadership hiring, culture, and compliance-while building scalable HR processes for growth.

Listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) they known for the innovation, reliability, and customer-first approach. Company is PAN India Distribution specialist in peripherals, a trusted partner for global brands like Samsung, Honeywell, ViewSonic etc in India.
Role: HR Head
CTC: upto 20-25 lakhs p.a. (based on candidature)
Location: Mumbai (candidate from western suburbs is preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
1) People Strategy & Org Design - Define and execute annual HR roadmap aligned to business goals (workforce planning, succession planning, leadership bench, org structure). Drive culture, values, and employer branding; steward change management during reorganizations/M&A/new SBU launches.
2) Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding - Own leadership and strategic hiring; set Talent Acquisition SLAs, quality-of-hire metrics, and campus/industry pipelines. Establish fair, competency-based assessment frameworks and interview training for managers.
3) Performance, Rewards & Engagement - Run the performance cycle (goal setting/KRAs, reviews, calibration, PIPs). Design and administer compensation & benefits, manage budgeting, salary bands, and variable pay plans. Launch engagement programs and action planning using survey insights.
4) HR Operations, Policy & Compliance - Standardize Group HR policies, employee handbook, and escalation protocols across all entities. Ensure statutory compliance (EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, Shops & Establishments, Maternity Benefit, Industrial/Standing Orders as applicable) and readiness for the new Labour Codes. Serve as Presiding/Member support for the Internal Committee under POSH; ensure investigations and trainings are conducted on time. Oversee payroll accuracy, HR shared services, and vendor management.
5) Learning, Leadership & DEI - Build L&D charter: onboarding, managerial capability, leadership development, and career frameworks. Champion diversity, equity & inclusion goals with measurable outcomes.
6) HR Technology & Analytics - Own HRMS/ATS roadmap and adoption; automate core workflows. Publish monthly people dashboards (headcount, hiring funnel, performance, attrition, DEI, cost) and use insights to influence decisions.
7) Stakeholder Partnership - Advise founders and SBU heads on organization health, ER/IR issues, and workforce productivity. Coach managers on feedback, conflict resolution, and high-performance habits.
Other requirements:
- 12-18+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 4-6 years leading the HR function for a multi-site or multi-entity organization.
- Demonstrated success building HR strategy and scaling processes in a mid- to large-sized company.
- Strong command of Indian employment law and statutory compliance across states.
- Fluent with performance management, C&B design, leadership hiring, and change management.
- Data-driven decision maker; able to convert analytics into action.
- Excellent executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- MBA/PGDM in HR/IR/Psychology (or equivalent).
- Hands-on with modern HR tech (e.g., SPINE/ PEOPLE HR) and ATS tools.
- Prior experience integrating HR during acquisitions or rapid expansion is added advantage.
