Role & Responsibilities - - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's mission, values, and objectives. - Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new employees. - Develop and implement performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans. - Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards. - Develop and implement employee relations programs, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives. - Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation. - Develop and deliver training and development programs that support employee growth and development. - Manage and oversee HR staff, ensuring a high-performance culture and effective communication throughout the department. - Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability. - Develop and manage HR budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the financial health of the department. - Act as a representative of the company, promoting our values and culture to employees, partners, and stakeholders. Desired Profile: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. - 10+ years of experience in human resources, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Experience in private security, facility management, or a related industry strongly preferred. - Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies and programs. - Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and experience ensuring compliance. - Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop HR staff. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, partners, and stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions. - Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
