
Role Overview:
As the Head HR, you will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, architecting the human capital roadmap that aligns with our firm's long-term growth objectives. You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring that our talent philosophy supports both our internal consulting teams and our external client-facing initiatives. This role involves working closely with the Board and senior stakeholders to cultivate an environment of excellence, innovation, and inclusivity, directly influencing the firm's ability to attract, retain, and develop top-tier industry talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive talent management strategies that identify and nurture high-potential leaders to ensure a robust internal succession pipeline.
- Lead organizational design initiatives to streamline operational efficiency and support the firm's expansion into new market segments.
- Oversee the transformation of performance management systems to foster a culture of meritocracy and continuous professional development.
- Partner with senior leadership to integrate human capital metrics into business decision-making, ensuring HR initiatives directly impact bottom-line performance.
- Direct large-scale change management programs to maintain organizational agility during periods of rapid growth or structural shifts.
- Cultivate a high-performance workplace culture by implementing progressive employee engagement and wellness programs that align with our core values.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic workforce planning and organizational development within a high-stakes consulting or professional services environment.
- Exceptional ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and navigate complex organizational dynamics to drive consensus on critical HR policies.
- Proven track record in designing and deploying sophisticated talent management frameworks that scale effectively with business growth.
- Strong analytical capability to translate complex people data into actionable business insights and executive-level reports.
- Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior management.
- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or an MBA from a premier business school is preferred.
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure, on-site environment at our Mumbai headquarters, maintaining a visible and accessible leadership presence.
Experience:
- 15 - 25 years of progressive experience in human resources leadership roles, with a significant portion spent in strategic HR business partnering or organizational development functions.
