
About the Role:
We're hiring a Head of HR for a rapidly scaling, founder-led PropTech startup with recent Series A fundng on a mission to make home buying and selling joyful, transparent, and tech-driven. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for someone who wants to build an HR organization from the ground up and shape the company's culture alongside a world-class founding team
Key Responsibilities:
1) Lead and scale the HR function across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Culture.
2) Partner closely with founders to define and nurture the company's culture, values, and rituals.
3) Build and implement frameworks for hiring, retention, performance management, and engagement.
4) Establish the company's talent brand and ensure a top-tier employee experience.
5) Drive people strategy to support rapid business scaling and high-performing teams.
Qualification Required:
1) 7+ years of experience across HR functions, with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition
2) Prior experience leading HR in a fast-growing startup or product company.
3) Proven ability to work directly with founders and senior leadership teams.
4) Strong understanding of early-stage organization design, policies, and culture-building.
5) Energetic, hands-on leader with a "builder's mindset."
