
Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on and empathetic Head of People & Culture to build a strong, values-led organisation as we scale. This role goes beyond traditional HR it is about creating an environment where people feel cared for, empowered, and aligned with the companys purpose of improving everyday wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
People & Culture Leadership:
- Own and strengthen company culture, values, and ways of working
- Act as a trusted partner to founders and leaders on people decisions
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and feedback systems
Talent & Org Building:
- Lead end-to-end talent strategy: hiring, onboarding, development, and retention
- Build scalable HR processes for a fast-growing D2C organisation
- Coach managers to become strong people leaders
Performance & Growth:
- Design performance management, goal-setting, and career frameworks
- Enable learning, leadership development, and succession planning
- Support high performers and address underperformance with empathy and clarity
Employee Experience & Wellbeing:
- Create a safe, inclusive, and high-trust workplace
- Champion mental health, work-life balance, and employee wellness programs
- Ensure fair, transparent, and compliant HR policies
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee compensation, benefits, HR ops, and statutory compliance
- Use HR analytics to track engagement, attrition, and productivity
What Were Looking For:
- 10-15 years of HR leadership experience, ideally in D2C, FMCG, consumer tech, or startups
- Strong grounding in people strategy, culture building, and org design
- High emotional intelligence with a people-first mindset
- Ability to balance empathy with business outcomes
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
