
Role Overview:
- As the Head Human Resources for our publicly listed media corporate in Mumbai, you will be the driving force behind our people strategy, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our business objectives. You will lead a team of HR professionals, partnering closely with senior leadership and department heads to cultivate a high-performance culture, attract and retain top talent, and foster an inclusive and engaging work environment.
- Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our organizational structure, talent development programs, and employee relations initiatives, directly impacting employee satisfaction, productivity, and ultimately, the success of our media operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy to support organizational growth and performance.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement to ensure efficient and effective HR service delivery.
- Oversee talent acquisition, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Design and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
- Manage employee relations, providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Drive performance management processes, ensuring fair and consistent evaluation and development of employee performance.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, supporting career growth and organizational capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks and maintaining ethical HR practices.
- Manage the HR budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation to achieve HR objectives.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering a welcoming and inclusive work environment for all employees.

- Ability to manage change effectively, leading and supporting employees through organizational transitions.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
