Key Result Areas (KRA) Supporting Actions : Strategize and implement HR road map - To strategize, design, plan and implement HR budgets w.r.t systems, practices also by conducting market benchmark. - To drive and conduct annual manpower planning activity. - To consistently ensure people connect, with business stakeholders implement required solutions. Recruitment, Communication & Engagement : - Manage end to end recruitment process from requisition till onboarding. - Ensure engagement of employees is maintained through proper communication, review meetings, collaboration catch up, skip meeting, townhall and others. - Sourcing with a view to build complementing teams HR Operations : - To ensure completion of various stages of employee lifecycle as mentioned below. Provide necessary inputs to collaborating teams. - Ensure timely monthly payroll and compliance inputs to team after capturing data from various location-based systems. - Lead a team of functional roles in IC capacity PMS & Rewards and organization design - Ensure timely completion of PMS and performance calibration. - Provide CTC inputs for new joiners, transfer or otherwise wherever required. - Implement best in class R&R interventions as planned People development and Talent Management : - Regularly map the capability gap by first understanding business capability needs and analyzing available capability. - Creation of development plan/MDP for individual employees - To provide quarterly nominations for applicable training programs - To have conversations with management, managers and employees to understand organizational needs and personal aspiration. - Create career path for individuals, identify critical roles and ensure success planning is done. - To ensure potential assessment cycle and other talent related initiatives are conducted timely and communicated to stakeholders
