We are hiring Head/Director - Human Resources for our client - Global Capability Centre (GCC).
Requirement :
- The Senior Director - Human Resources will lead the HR function for the Global Capability Centre (GCC), reporting directly to the India Site Leader. This role requires a proven HR leader with deep expertise across the entire gamut if the HR function with capability of strengthening, scaling HR practices in line with rapid organizational growth.
- Define and execute HR strategy aligned with GCC growth and global priorities.
- Partner with US headquarters and India Site Leader to ensure alignment of HR policies, culture, and governance.
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
- Build scalable hiring processes to meet growth targets, and strengthen employer branding in India to position the GCC as a preferred workplace.
- Act as a trusted advisor to GCC leadership, providing insights on talent, performance, and engagement.
- Enable managers with frameworks to drive productivity, retention, and career development.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the GCC.
- Design and implement engagement programs to foster a high-performance culture.
- Oversee learning & development, leadership pipelines, and succession planning.
- Ensure adherence to Indian labour laws and corporate HR standards.
- Partner with global compliance teams to mitigate risks and maintain ethical practices.
Qualifications & Experience :
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources with min 20 - 28 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 7 -10 years in Leadership HR role.
- Proven expertise in working with global teams and leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour law and regulatory compliance.
- Experience managing HR for organizations with ranges from 6000 to 10,000+ employees and scaling operations.
