We are currently seeking a Head of HR for a prominent Engineering & Construction Organization.
This pivotal role encompasses oversight of key HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and engagement, HR compliance, and overall HR operations.
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Drive organizational change initiatives and culture transformation aligned with business priorities.
- Provide thought leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
- Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent across levels and functions.
- Develop and promote a strong employer brand to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Ensure inclusive and equitable hiring practices are followed.
Performance Management & Talent Development:
- Manage the performance appraisal process to ensure a culture of continuous feedback and growth.
- Identify talent gaps and implement learning and development programs to build capabilities.
- Facilitate leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Develop and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Oversee payroll and statutory compliance.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
- Act as an employee advocate and promote a positive work culture.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary actions with fairness and consistency.
Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure adherence to all labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and regularly update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Lead HR audits and mitigate risks through proactive compliance checks.
HR Operations & Process Improvement:
- Streamline and automate HR processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Manage HR systems (HRMS) and data analytics to support decision-making.
- Develop KPIs and HR metrics to track performance and HR effectiveness.
