
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HR operations for the Corporate Office and Manufacturing/Factory workforce.
- Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning for Head Office and plant requirements.
- Develop, implement, and administer HR policies, processes, and procedures in line with business and statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable compliances.
- Manage contract labour, including vendor coordination, documentation, statutory compliance, and workforce administration.
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Drive performance management, appraisal processes, employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.
- Plan and implement training and development programs based on organizational and employee needs.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and employee relations effectively.
- Develop and monitor HR MIS, dashboards, reports, and HR analytics to support management decision-making.
- Ensure effective utilization and implementation of HRMS and HR reporting systems.
- Partner with business leaders and functional heads on workforce planning, organizational development, and people-related initiatives.
- Drive HR process improvements and ensure consistency in HR practices across corporate and factory operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to both Corporate HR and Manufacturing/Factory HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws, Factory Compliance, and statutory regulations.
- Hands-on experience in contract labour management and compliance.
- Strong experience in Payroll, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, attendance, and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of HRMS, HR MIS, reporting, and HR analytics.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, training, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently and work effectively with senior management and factory leadership.
