Role Overview:
The Head HR Technology will lead the digital transformation of HR across the Group by driving the strategy, implementation, and optimization of enterprise HR systems. This role will be responsible for enabling a unified HR technology landscape, improving employee experience, enhancing HR analytics capability, and ensuring technology adoption across all business verticals.
Key Responsibilities :
1. HR Technology Strategy & Transformation
- Define and execute the HR technology roadmap aligned with Groups business strategy and future workforce needs.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across the HR ecosystem, including automation, AI-driven HR solutions, workforce analytics, and employee lifecycle management systems.
2. Systems Implementation & Governance
- Oversee implementation, upgrades, and optimization of HR platforms (SAP SuccessFactors / Workday / Oracle HCM).
- Establish data governance, system controls, standards, and compliance frameworks.
- Ensure system integration across HR, Finance, IT, and business platforms.
3. HR Analytics & Insights
- Lead advanced analytics and dashboards for manpower planning, attrition prediction, workforce productivity, and talent insights.
- Enable data-driven HR decision-making across business units and leadership teams.
4. Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership
- Partner with CHROs, HR COEs, and Business HR teams to understand technology needs and deploy solutions.
- Work closely with IT, Digital, Finance, and Shared Services to drive process improvements and automation.
5. Employee Experience & Process Optimization
- Build digital employee journeys across onboarding, performance, learning, compensation, and career development.
- Drive adoption of self-service platforms to create a seamless user experience.
6. Vendor & Project Management
- Manage relationships with HR tech vendors, consulting partners, and implementation agencies.
- Lead large-scale HR tech projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
7. Team Leadership
- Lead a team of HR tech specialists, data engineers, analysts, and functional HR experts.
- Build capability within the team to support long-term digital innovation.
Candidate Requirements
Education
- MBA / PGDM in HR, Business, or Technology.
- Certification in HR Tech or HR Analytics is preferred.
Experience
- 1522 years of experience in HR Technology, Digital HR Transformation, or HR Systems Management.
- Experience leading HR tech for large conglomerates, BFSI, IT/ITES, manufacturing, or multi-business organizations.
- Demonstrated experience with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, Darwinbox, etc.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Expertise in technology implementation, HR analytics, AI/ML-based HR tools, and workflow automation.
- Ability to influence senior leadership and drive change across large, complex organizations.
- Strong project management, vendor management, and business partnership skills.
