Job Title: HR Head Sales & PMS
Reporting to: Head HR
Location: Mumbai
An HRBP Sales involves partnering with a sales function to develop and implement HR strategies for sales teams, focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Key responsibilities include supporting sales leadership, driving performance-linked initiatives, managing talent pipelines, and upholding people practices across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement National HR strategies aligned with overall business
objectives.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to drive business-aligned HR strategies
- Manage full-cycle hiring and onboarding for sales roles across markets and channels
- Strengthen sales effectiveness through precision training and data-driven performance
frameworks
- Guide, coach, and supervise Regional HR teams while ensuring consistent HR policy
application.
- Drive talent acquisition and close manpower requirements as per business needs.
- Facilitate onboarding, learning, and capability-building initiatives to enhance employee
engagement and performance.
- Design and oversee compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that support
retention and productivity.
- Monitor HR KPIs, workforce plans, and regional hiring trends; propose and implement
improvements as needed.
- Ensure HR activities comply with labor laws, regulatory standards, and governance
requirements across all sites.
- Collaborate with other regional and Corporate HR team to shape organization-wide
programs and employer branding
- Drive PMS across the organisation.

- Translate organizational HR vision into national-specific, scalable, and locally relevant
outcomes.
- Strengthen operational consistency while adapting practices to diverse national
challenges.
- Build leadership accountability and organizational capability through people-centric
practices.
- Improve retention, productivity, and compliance through proactive HR interventions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced
certification (SPHR/CHRL) preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, and familiarity with
HRM/payroll software.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead teams, and manage
change.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coaching capabilities.
