
Role Overview:
As the Head HRBP-SALES, based in Mumbai, you will be a strategic partner to the Sales leadership team, driving HR initiatives that directly impact business growth and performance. You will work closely with sales leaders, regional managers, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives. This role is pivotal in fostering a high-performance sales culture, ensuring talent development, and driving employee engagement, ultimately contributing to increased sales revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the sales organization's goals and objectives, ensuring a direct impact on revenue generation and market penetration.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify and address critical talent needs, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, to build a high-performing sales team.
- Lead the implementation of leadership development programs tailored for sales managers and high-potential employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the sales organization.
- Provide expert guidance and support to sales leaders on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures, and mitigating legal risks.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights related to sales force performance, attrition, and engagement, and develop data-driven solutions to improve key HR outcomes.
- Oversee HR compliance for the sales organization, ensuring adherence to all applicable labor laws and regulations, and minimizing legal exposure.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives within the sales team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.
- Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that directly impact business outcomes, particularly within a sales-driven organization.
- Proven expertise in talent management, including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and leadership development.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and employment law, with the ability to mitigate legal risks and ensure fair and consistent application of policies.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights, and develop data-driven solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Possesses a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
