Our client is a leading manufacturing brand. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping organizational effectiveness, driving people strategy, and ensuring operational excellence. The role demands a balance of strategic thinking, change leadership, and strong execution capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Alignment - Partner with business leadership to design and deliver people strategies that enable growth, competitiveness, and organizational transformation.
- Organization Design & Workforce Planning - Lead structural design, workforce planning, and talent deployment to ensure agility and scalability.
- Performance, Talent & Succession Management - Create a robust performance management framework and process; build succession pipelines for critical roles; establish structured leadership and capability development frameworks.
- Culture, Engagement & Retention - Design and implement strategies that strengthen employee experience, engagement, and retention across levels.
- Change Leadership - Lead change management programs that enable smooth transitions during reorganizations, digital transformation, or business pivots.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) - Champion inclusive practices, policies, and initiatives to build a diverse and equitable workplace.
- Operational Excellence - Drive efficiency and compliance in HR operations, policies, and systems while ensuring superior employee service delivery.
- Data-Driven HR - Leverage analytics, metrics, and insights to inform decision-making and measure impact of HR interventions.
- HR Technology - Oversee adoption and optimization of HR technology platforms to improve process effectiveness and employee experience.
- Leadership & Team Development - Lead, coach, and develop HRBP, HR Operations, and Talent Management teams to deliver high performance and business impact.
- Governance & Risk - Ensure adherence to labor laws, compliance requirements, and organizational governance standards.
- External Benchmarking - Stay updated with industry best practices, bringing in innovation and thought leadership to strengthen HR capability.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Experience: 12+ years of progressive HR leadership with exposure to both strategic and operational HR preferably in a manufacturing set up
- Postgraduate degree in HR/Business Management or equivalent preferred from a Premier Institute
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate business priorities into people strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills at senior levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in using data and HR metrics for decision-making.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to manage sensitive and complex people issues.
- Skilled at leading large teams and developing high-performing HR talent.
- Agile mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to engage and inspire diverse groups.
- Passion for building inclusive, future-ready workplaces and progressive HR practices.
