Job Title: Head - HRBP

Role Summary:
Lead the HR Business Partnering function. Manage 3 HRBPs. Drive business-aligned HR strategy, workforce planning, and talent outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders on people strategy
- Lead and coach 3 HRBP's
- Drive manpower planning and org design
- Manage performance management cycles
- Own succession planning and leadership development
- Handle complex employee relations issues
- Drive attrition control and retention strategy
- Oversee compensation inputs and annual cycles
- Ensure compliance with labour laws
- Use HR data to drive decisions
Key Requirements:
- 7 to 15 years HR experience
- Strong HRBP background in large orgs
- Experience managing a team
- High business acumen
- Strong stakeholder management
- Experience handling scale and complexity
