B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) Mandatory (Retired Colonel Only)

Location - Gujarat (Kutch) - New Plant

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in strategic general management and organizational leadership, honed through a distinguished career as a retired Colonel in the Indian Armed Forces.

- Exceptional ability to manage large-scale administrative operations and HR functions, with a proven track record of maintaining discipline, order, and high morale in diverse work environments.

- Strong proficiency in navigating complex labor laws and industrial relations, ensuring full compliance and ethical standards across all business units.

- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and mentoring teams to achieve collective excellence.

- Proven capability to handle high-pressure situations with composure, utilizing analytical problem-solving skills to resolve operational bottlenecks effectively.

- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Gujarat, demonstrating the adaptability and hands-on leadership style required to oversee physical infrastructure and on-ground personnel.

- A minimum of 5 - 20 years of post-retirement or transitionary experience in administration and HR, reflecting a seamless shift from military command to corporate leadership.
