Role Summary:
We are seeking a high-caliber, "Bias-for-Action" Head of Growth to lead our scaling efforts across the digital ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end growth funnel, from performance marketing and Amazon advertising to Q-Commerce and influencer-led customer acquisition. You will act as the "Architect of Retention," designing lifecycle marketing strategies that maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and reduce churn. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader with a structured thinking approach, capable of translating complex data into actionable business outcomes. You will thrive in our fast-paced environment by maintaining an entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of ownership over the brand's P&L and growth trajectory.
Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing Leadership: Lead and execute high-impact performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging social channels to drive scalable CAC-efficient growth.
- Marketplace & Q-Commerce Strategy: Own the growth roadmap for Amazon Advertising and Q-Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart), optimizing ROAS and organic visibility.
- Influencer Funnel Orchestration: Build and scale data-driven influencer marketing funnels, shifting from vanity metrics to performance-based conversion tracking.
- Full-Funnel Website Growth: Optimize the D2C website for conversion (CRO), user journey, and average order value (AOV) through rigorous A/B testing and technical SEO.
- Retention & Lifecycle Management: Architect sophisticated retention loops and CRM strategies (Email, WhatsApp, SMS) to improve repeat purchase rates and LTV.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Build and monitor growth dashboards to track CAC, LTV, Retention cohorts, and channel-wise profitability.
- Product-Led Growth (PLG): Collaborate with the product team to implement growth hacks and features that drive organic referrals and viral loops.
- Budget & P&L Ownership: Manage significant marketing budgets, ensuring optimal capital allocation across experimental and proven growth channels.
- Structured Business Analysis: Apply high-level business acumen to solve systemic growth bottlenecks, moving beyond tactical fixes to strategic infrastructure improvements.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and Creative teams to ensure growth initiatives are supported by inventory availability and brand-aligned messaging.
Technical & Analytical Requirements:
- Growth Toolkit: 4 - 5 years of professional experience in D2C growth, with mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Amazon Seller Central.
- Q-Commerce Expertise: Proven track record in managing performance and operations for high-velocity Q-Commerce platforms.
- Analytics Stack: Expert proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Mixpanel, or CleverTap for cohort analysis and event tracking.
- CRO & Experiments: Hands-on experience with Hotjar, VWO, or Optimizely for conversion rate optimization.
- Financial Literacy: Strong understanding of Unit Economics (Contribution Margin, Payback Periods, and ROAS).
