Job Title: Head of Growth & Digital Marketing

Location: Mumbai, Work from Office

Reporting To: Head of Marketing

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy & Planning

- Develop a holistic digital growth roadmap aligned to revenue, user acquisition, and LTV targets.

- Define and own KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS) and report weekly/monthly performance.

- Build and manage an integrated annual budget across channels.

2. Customer Acquisition

- Lead performance marketing across Paid Search (Google Ads), Paid Social (FB, IG, Pinterest, YouTube), programmatic, and a;iliate.

- Optimize media mix and bidding strategies to achieve target CPA/ROAS at scale.

- Test and iterate new channels (TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, OTT) and partnerships.

3. Analytics & Optimization


- Define and implement dashboards using GA4, Looker or similar BI tools for realtime insights.

- Conduct A/B and multivariate tests on creative executions, landing pages, and promotional tactics.

- Leverage cohort analysis and funnel metrics to identify drop-o; points and growth levers.

4. Team Leadership & Collaboration


- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing digital marketing team


- Partner with Product, Merchandising, Brand, and Technology to align marketing initiatives with product launches and brand campaigns.


- Liaise with external agencies and vendors to augment in-house capabilities and ensure best-in-class execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 8+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years leading growth or marketing teams at a consumer-facing e-commerce or marketplace business.


- Proven track record scaling CAC-e;icient channels and driving >2x YoY revenue growth.

- Strong expertise in performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

- Deep analytical skills, comfortable with data modelling, cohort analyses, and BI dashboards.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights to C-suite.

- Passion for fashion and luxury retail, with an eye for emerging trends and consumer behaviours.
