Head - Group Finance Consolidation

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end group financial consolidation, covering multiple subsidiaries and joint ventures across geographies.

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of consolidated and standalone financial statements in compliance with Companies Act, Schedule III, Ind AS, and SEBI (LODR) requirements.

- Manage Ind AS and IFRS compliance, including reconciliations, disclosures, and reporting to global stakeholders.

- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and audit committees, ensuring smooth and timely closure of audits.

- Implement and strengthen Internal Financial Controls (IFC) framework across entities.

- Drive standardization of accounting practices across subsidiaries and ensure consistency in reporting policies.

- Support M&A accounting, goodwill recognition, impairment testing, and investment valuations as part of group-level reporting.

- Handle foreign currency translation, deferred tax adjustments, and other consolidation-level entries.

- Partner with technology teams to enhance ERP-based consolidation tools and automation of financial reporting.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10-15 years of post-qualification experience.

- Proven expertise in Group Financial Consolidation and Ind AS / IFRS reporting frameworks.

- Experience in a listed company environment, preferably with quarterly closure cycles and SEBI disclosure norms.

- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and automation tools.

- Deep understanding of M&A accounting, NCI, intercompany transactions, and consolidation adjustments.

- Excellent command over financial governance, analytical review, and stakeholder communication.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
