Position: Head Group Consolidation MNC CA

Location: Chennai (on-site role)

Compensation: Up to 8590 LPA (depending on current CTC)

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: Chartered Accountant with 13 - 20 years of post-qualification experience

- Global Exposure: Proven expertise in group consolidation for multiple listed entities across India and international markets (US, UK, Singapore, Vietnam, Brazil)

- Business Scale: Experience managing consolidation for large-scale, complex business structures

- People Management: Strong track record in leading and mentoring finance teams

Key Responsibilities:

- Group Consolidation: Oversee preparation and consolidation of financial statements across global subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local GAAP

- Compliance: Guarantee accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of consolidated reports for internal and external stakeholders

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with regional finance teams, senior management, and external auditors to streamline consolidation processes

- M&A Expertise: Support financial due diligence and purchase accounting for mergers and acquisitions

Required Skillset:

- IFRS & GAAP: Deep technical knowledge of international and local accounting standards

- Leadership: Ability to foster a collaborative, high-performance environment

- Analytical Skills: Skilled in interpreting complex consolidated financial data and providing actionable insights

- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels
