Designation: Head of Group Consolidation and Reporting

Department: Finance and Accounts

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai

Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in group consolidation and financial reporting

Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant (preferred up to 3 attempts)

Industry Preference:

- Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory

- Experience with Big 4 or audit firms in a consolidation role will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead group-level financial consolidation and reporting for multiple global subsidiaries

- Review financial performance and position of group entities and drive corrective actions

- Ensure uniform accounting policies, reporting quality, and timely month-end close

- Act as Centre of Excellence for Ind AS and IFRS and provide accounting advisory

- Manage group audits and coordinate with statutory and internal auditors

- Support US and Europe entity reporting requirements

- Work closely with senior management and finance leaders across entities

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong expertise in Ind AS and IFRS

- Hands-on experience with SAP (mandatory)

- Advanced MS Excel and strong financial analysis skills

- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities

Reporting:

- Direct reporting to Senior Management
