Agri Liaisoning:
- Coordinating with the Agriculture departments of State and Central govt. authorities to get the subsidies and grants.
- Liaison with the AP, Telangana, Arunachal, Assam, Chhattisgarh and Karnataka Secretariats for different requirements of the business.
- Government and Regulatory Affairs: Constantly liaise with all hierarchies of government to influence desired outcomes for the company
Industrial Liaisoning:
- Liaison with Pollution Control Boards, Factories, DIC, Department of Industries
- Liaison with the Revenue Department, Panchayat, Local bodies and Local MLAs and MPs.
Legal:
- Independently Monitoring of Legal Matters, meeting Advocates to brief the facts of the cases, Drafting of Affidavits& follow up the Progress and attending the High Court, Trial Courts, Tribunals and Arbitration Tribunals.
- Ability to resolve legal issues by identifying and organizing systems and required resources.
- Independently draft Pleas, Written statements, Petitions, Private complaints, Police complaints, Legal notices, Reply notices, etc.,
- Knowledge on day-to-day court procedure and proceedings before Judicial / coordination with advocate
- Create, maintain and review a compliance/ statutory framework for the company across all verticals. Protect the company from any potential future damages
