Description:

- Manage and oversee the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.

- Prepare consolidated financial statements and related reports for internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including accounting standards and tax regulations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis activities.

- Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making at the senior management level.

- Lead initiatives to improve financial reporting processes and operational efficiency.

- Supervise and mentor the financial reporting team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

- Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities as required.

Profile:

- Qualified CA

- 14+ years of post-qualification experience

- Prior experience within pharma, life sciences, FMCG or manufacturing is a must

- Prior Big 4 experience is a preference

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance

- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of qualified finance professionals

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders
