Head - Financial Reporting - CA

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Financial Reporting Head to lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, audit coordination, and stakeholder management. This role will work closely with the CFO to drive strategic financial decision-making and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review Profit & Loss (P&L) Statements and Balance Sheets.

- Analyze financial and operational data to support strategic business decisions.

- Develop financial reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.

- Prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and perform variance analysis.

- Monitor and analyze working capital and key financial metrics.

- Present monthly financial results with actionable business insights.

- Coordinate with external auditors during statutory and internal audits.

- Collaborate with the Investor Relations team for financial reporting requirements.

- Support financial planning initiatives and identify opportunities to improve profitability.

- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

- Expertise in P&L, Balance Sheet, Budgeting, Forecasting, and MIS Reporting.

- Hands-on experience with Ind-AS financial reporting.

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

- Experience in profitability analysis and working capital management.

- Audit coordination and stakeholder management experience.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and influence business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.

- Experience in financial reporting under Ind-AS.

- Exposure to investor relations and external audit coordination will be an added advantage.
