Head of FP&A - Sales | Manufacturing | Gurugram | Budget up to - 50 LPA

We are looking for a seasoned Finance Leader with deep expertise in FP&A within the Manufacturing industry to join us as Head of FP&A - Sales based in Gurugram, India.

As Head of FP&A - Sales, you will act as a strategic finance business partner to the Profit Center Head of Sales. You will drive financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance insights through a robust Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead financial forecasting aligned with the Integrated Business Planning process

2. Reconcile actuals vs forecast with deep business understanding

3. Prepare and manage annual budgets for the Sales function

4. Act as a Finance Business Partner to Sales leadership

5. Deliver high-impact presentations linking performance outcomes with business strategy

6. Analyze industry trends and understand customer and plant operations

7. Develop and enhance forecasting models

8. Drive performance management insights to optimize business mix and profitability

9. Analyze financial health using key ratios and metrics

10. Partner with Financial Reporting, IT, IBP and Corporate FP&A to improve processes and consolidation efficiency

11. Support Sales in understanding ROCE (AR & Inventory vs Margins)

12. Run "what-if" simulations to recommend strategic solutions

13. Improve financial literacy across the Sales organization

Key Requirements:

1. 8-10+ years of FP&A experience within a Manufacturing company

2. Strong expertise in revenue forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis

3. Advanced Excel skills (data extraction, pivot tables, bridges, multi-source consolidation)

4. Proven examples of value creation through analytics

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

6. Ability to convert complex financial information into clear insights

7. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

8. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on profitability

9. Team-oriented and collaborative approach
