About the Role
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to head our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function. The ideal candidate will have strong international exposure, excellent analytical capabilities, and a proven track record in driving financial planning, business partnering, and profitability improvements. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and investors, influencing key strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning processes including long-range planning, annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and rolling estimates.
- Drive business performance reviews with CXOs and global leadership teams, delivering actionable insights.
- Conduct profitability analysis at product, customer, region, and business unit levels, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
- Build financial models and dashboards (Power BI, SAP BI, Google Looker Studio) to support global management and investor reporting.
- Partner with international business teams on pricing, market expansion, network profitability, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with variance analysis, highlighting key business and financial drivers.
- Provide investor-level reporting and presentations, including global KPIs and market-wise performance metrics.
- Drive process automation and digitisation to improve accuracy and reduce reporting timelines.
- Ensure compliance with global financial policies, accounting standards, and governance frameworks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-12 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, and Business Partnering.
- Proven global experience, managing financial planning and reporting across multiple geographies/business units.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and profitability analysis.
- Hands-on with SAP, SAP BI, Power BI, Google Suite, SQL/Macros.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven experience in CXO and investor-level interactions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exposure to high-growth, multinational environments is preferred.
