Head - Financial Planning & Analysis - Quick Service Restaurant - CA

The Head of FP&A should own business performance, challenge operations, and become the CEO/CFO's strategic finance partner.

Location: Mumbai (Remote work, US timings: 12 noon to 10 pm)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning: Lead Annual Budget process, forecasts, Long-range strategic planning (3-5 years)

2. Business Performance Management: Own company-wide financial performance reporting including Store & regional P&L + profitability

3. Identify Revenue opportunities, Margin leakages, Cost optimization initiatives, Underperforming stores, High-performing stores and best practices

4. Operational Finance Partnership & Financial guidance

5. Executive reporting, dashboards, summaries

6. Forecasting & Scenario Modelling- Support strategic decisions through data-driven financial analysis.

Required Qualifications

- CA with 10-15+ years of progressive FP&A experience

- Multi-unit restaurant, QSR business experience mandatory

- Experience supporting businesses with $200M+ annual revenue

- Strong executive presence
