Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Head of FP&A to lead our financial planning and analysis functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, providing strategic financial insights, and ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and proven leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.

- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.

2. Strategic Financial Leadership:

- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and business units.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

3. Financial Reporting and Governance:

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. CA and MBA from top colleges.

2. 9+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar role.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.

5. Proven track record of driving business growth and providing strategic financial insights.

1. Experience with financial planning tools and software (e.g., Excel, FP&A tools).
