About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced finance leader to head the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function.. The role will be responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, business performance management, profitability enhancement, and strategic decision support while partnering closely with business and functional leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and budgeting process across business functions.

- Drive rolling forecasts and financial projections with a focus on accuracy and business alignment.

- Partner with Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams to support business decision-making.

- Conduct monthly business performance reviews and present insights to senior management.

- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to assess business risks and opportunities.

- Drive profitability improvement through margin analysis, pricing evaluation, and cost optimization initiatives.

- Monitor and analyze model-wise profitability, contribution margins, and cost competitiveness.

- Lead Management Information Systems (MIS), dashboards, and performance reporting frameworks.

- Oversee working capital management, cash flow planning, and liquidity optimization.

- Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and investment opportunities through financial analysis and business case assessments.
