Role Overview

This is a senior leadership opportunity to head Business Finance, FP&A, and Investor Relations for a large, fast-growing listed entity in the consumer sector. The role partners closely with CXOs to shape financial strategy, drive performance, and represent the company to the investor community.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

- Lead annual operating plans, long-range financial forecasts, and monthly financial reviews.

- Drive P&L visibility, variance analysis, scenario modelling, and key business insights.

- Partner with functional heads to monitor performance and improve financial discipline.

2. Business Finance

- Act as a strategic business partner to leadership across categories, operations, and commercial teams.

- Evaluate new business initiatives, expansion strategies, and cost-optimization opportunities.

- Establish relevant KPIs, dashboards, and decision-support models for growth and profitability.

3. Investor Relations

- Manage quarterly earnings communication, investor presentations, and analyst interactions.

- Support the leadership team in articulating business strategy to the investment community.

- Monitor equity research, market trends, peer benchmarking, and valuation drivers.

- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant external communication for a listed company.

Skills and Qualification

- CA or MBA (Tier-1 institute preferred) with 12-18 years of experience.

- Strong exposure to consumer-facing businesses or large, reputable organizations.

- Listed company experience is preferred.

- Proven experience in FP&A, business partnering, and investor communication.
