Head - Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Description:

We are looking for a Head of FP&A who can act as a strategic finance leader and business partner to the Group CFO across multiple businesses (FMCG + Manufacturing). The role combines commercial finance, plant finance, business partnering, analytics, AI adoption, and team leadership.

Role Summary:

- Reports directly to Group CFO

- Lead FP&A function across FMCG & Manufacturing businesses

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, profitability, working capital & business finance

- Partner with Business Heads and Leadership for strategic decisions

- Lead FP&A team and drive AI-enabled finance transformation

Must-Have Skills:

- 15+ Years Experience

- Strong FP&A background

- Business Finance Partnering

- Budgeting, Forecasting & AOP

- Manufacturing Finance

- FMCG / Consumer Goods exposure

- Costing & Margin Analysis

- Working Capital Management

- Financial Modelling

- SAP / ERP

- Team Handling

- Leadership Reporting

- AI / Analytics exposure (preferred)

Nice to Have:

- Multi-business experience

- Sales Finance exposure

- Plant Finance

- Dashboarding (Power BI/Tableau)

- GenAI / Predictive Analytics
