Head - Finance Transformation - Shared Services/GCC/Consulting/BPO

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Leader to drive finance practice & transformation initiatives across Record-to-Report (R2R), FP&A, and broader CFO functions. This role partners with CFOs and finance leaders to solve business challenges, position AI-led solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes through effective solution selling. Primary responsibilities will focus on Capability Building (develop new solutions / accelerators leveraging AI) ; Enable Growth (consultative selling / solutioning / pre -sales) and deliver transformation impact (drive / deliver projects which creates significant business impact)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead finance transformation programs spanning R2R, FP&A, close optimization, reporting, analytics, and decision support.

- Engage with CFOs and finance leadership teams to identify transformation opportunities and define road maps.

- Drive solutioning, consulting, and pre-sales activities for prospective clients and work closely with business development teams.

- Build business cases and value realization frameworks.

- Collaborate with delivery and technology to implement scalable solutions.

- Design & development of agentic AI and platform-led finance transformation offerings esp in R2R & FPnA space.

- Mentor teams and contribute to practice growth and capability development.

Preferred Experience :

- 15-20+ years in Finance Transformation, Shared Services, GCC, Consulting, or BPO environments.

- Strong expertise in R2R and FP&A processes.

- Experience working with CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Leadership Teams.

- Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Infor.

- Knowledge of AI, automation, analytics, and finance technology landscape.

- Strong communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
