Role Overview:

As the Head - Finance Transformation (PTP & OTC), you will spearhead the design, development, and implementation of transformative initiatives across the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycles. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and drive significant improvements in working capital management. Your leadership will directly impact the organization's financial performance by streamlining operations, reducing costs, and improving cash flow. This position is based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive finance transformation roadmap for PTP and OTC processes, aligning with overall business strategy and objectives.

- Identify and evaluate opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization across PTP and OTC functions to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions, such as ERP systems, robotic process automation (RPA), and advanced analytics, to streamline PTP and OTC processes and improve data visibility.

- Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems with existing infrastructure.

- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress of transformation initiatives and identify areas for further improvement.

- Manage a team of finance professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures across PTP and OTC processes to mitigate risks and maintain data integrity.

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and develop solutions that meet their evolving needs.

- Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization.

- Present regular updates to senior management on the progress of transformation initiatives, highlighting key achievements and challenges.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing large-scale finance transformation projects, specifically within PTP and OTC domains.

- Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements, automation solutions, and technology upgrades to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, internal controls, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.

- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum of 20-28 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounts, with a focus on Finance Transformation, PTP, and OTC processes.
