Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the shared services finance team, overseeing end-to-end AR, R2R, P2P, and GL processes.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial processes and improve operational efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and reduce costs.

- Manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, vendors, and business partners.

- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

- Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

- Drive the implementation and optimization of financial systems and technologies.

- Manage working capital, cash flow, and treasury functions.

- Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights to support business decisions.

- Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.

- Support financial due diligence and other special projects.

- Implement and maintain robust internal control frameworks.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 14+ years of experience in finance, with a significant portion in shared services management.

- Proven track record of successfully leading large finance teams.

- Extensive experience in managing end-to-end AR, R2R, P2P, and GL processes.
