Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Finance

- Partner closely with founders and senior leadership on strategic planning, fundraising initiatives, and long-term financial modelling.

Budgeting & Forecasting

- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and key financial performance metrics.

Investor Relations

- Prepare investor/board reports, support due diligence processes, and maintain transparent financial communication.

Controllership

- Oversee accounting, audits, compliance, and financial controls, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations (Income Tax, GST, etc.).

Revenue & SaaS Metrics

- Track and analyse core SaaS growth metrics - including MRR/ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, and burn multiple - to drive actionable business insights.

Cash Flow & Treasury

- Manage cash flow planning, working capital, and treasury operations.

Team Leadership

- Build and lead a high-performing finance team across controllership, FP&A, and compliance.

Process Automation

- Identify and implement automation opportunities and financial systems to efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

What You Bring

- Chartered Accountant with 1215 years of experience.

- Strong exposure to finance in SaaS or product-based startups (highly preferred).

- Ability to manage both strategic and operational finance responsibilities.

- Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with comfort working in fast-paced startup environments.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
