Head - Finance - SaaS - CA

Key Responsibilities:-

Strategic Finance & Planning

- Develop and implement financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

- Partner with the CEO and leadership team on cost control, growth planning, and capital allocation

- Define and track key SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, burn rate, etc.) to guide strategic decisions

Financial Control & Controllership

- Lead financial reporting, accounting operations, and monthly/quarterly/year-end closures

- Establish and maintain robust internal controls, risk management frameworks, and financial governance

- Set up and manage company-wide financial policies, processes, and standard operating procedures

- Ensure timely reconciliations, error-free financial statements, and compliance with audit standards

Accounting & Global Compliance

- Ensure compliance with Indian and US financial regulations, including US GAAP and IND AS

- Coordinate domestic and international audits, tax filings, and transfer pricing requirements

- Support global expansion with entity structuring, cross-border financial operations, and reporting

Investor Relations & Fundraising

- Manage investor relations, board communications, and financial presentations

- Lead capital raising efforts: due diligence, data room management, modeling, and investor outreach

- Deliver timely and accurate MIS, board decks, and investor reports

Pricing & Revenue Strategy

- Design, evaluate, and optimize SaaS pricing models in collaboration with GTM and product teams

- Monitor pricing impact on revenue growth, gross margins, and customer retention

Key Requirements

- CA Qualified

- Min 12-20 years of finance accounts experience.

- Knowledge of corporate law and risk management practices.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong business acumen and results-oriented approach

- Must have experience of SAP or any ERP/ Automation

- Experience in physical business is desired.
