Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the end-to-end financial reporting process to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with statutory regulations for senior management and stakeholders.

- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, aligning departmental expenditures with the company's broader growth objectives and revenue targets.

- Conduct comprehensive variance analysis to identify discrepancies between projected and actual financial performance, providing actionable insights to optimize operational costs.

- Oversee internal and external audit functions to maintain robust financial controls and mitigate risks associated with organizational growth.

- Manage the P&L statement with a focus on margin improvement, cost efficiency, and sustainable revenue generation across all business units.

- Provide strategic financial advisory to the board, highlighting trends and opportunities that influence long-term business sustainability.

Required Skillset:

- Proven ability to manage complex financial operations with 14 to 24 years of experience in senior finance roles.

- Exceptional proficiency in financial modeling, P&L management, and advanced variance analysis to drive business performance.

- Strong leadership capabilities to mentor finance teams and communicate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders effectively.

- Deep understanding of audit compliance, taxation, and regulatory frameworks relevant to the Indian corporate landscape.

- Professional qualification such as CA from a premier institute is highly preferred.

- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Ahmedabad, demonstrating high levels of professional maturity and adaptability to changing business needs.
