What You'll Do:

- Lead Financial Operations: Own accounting, controllership, compliance, and financial reporting.

- Drive FP&A: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decisions.

- Act as a Strategic Partner: Work closely with leadership on cost optimization and ROI-focused initiatives.

- Strengthen Reporting: Improve financial reporting processes for accuracy, clarity, and compliance.

- Manage Risk & Compliance: Identify risks and ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks.

- Improve Efficiency: Streamline financial processes to enhance operational and financial performance.

- Build & Lead Teams: Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team.

What We're Looking For.

- Education: CA / MBA (Finance) / Master's in Finance.

- Experience: 8-10 years in finance roles, with 3+ years in business finance.

- Expertise: Strong grasp of financial strategy, accounting, compliance, reporting, and controllership.

- Leadership: Experience in building and managing finance teams.

- Mindset: High ownership, analytical thinking, and entrepreneurial approach.
