Head - Finance - Real Estate/Infra

Hiring a Finance Head for Ahmedabad Location.

Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in accounting & finance, including 2+ years in a leadership role

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in financial systems with advanced Excel skills

- High standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism

Key Deliverables

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll)

- Provide financial analysis and insights for decision-making

- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and accounting standards

- Handle banking transactions and manage external stakeholders (auditors, banks, regulators)

- Lead and mentor the finance team and support strategic planning initiatives
