About the Role:

We are hiring a strategic finance leader to head end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations for the India Global Capability Centre (GCC) of a large, diversified international real estate group headquartered in the Middle East.

This role will drive financial governance, global controllership, revenue accounting, statutory compliance, and process excellence across India and global operations. The incumbent will work closely with global stakeholders to build scalable, compliant, and high-performance finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end India and Global Finance & Accounting (F&A) operations

- Oversee global taxation, statutory compliance, and regulatory governance

- Own revenue accounting including month-end close, reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting

- Review customer and internal contracts for performance obligations and revenue recognition

- Establish standardized billing methodologies for GCC and shared services engagements

- Ensure compliance with GAAP, statutory regulations, and internal financial controls

- Lead annual audits and manage auditor relationships

- Partner with global stakeholders across Middle East, US, and Europe

- Drive continuous improvement, SOP standardization, and financial close optimization

- Lead and mentor finance teams, ensuring high performance and accountability

Mandatory Requirements:

- CA - First Attempt (Strictly Mandatory)

- 10+ years progressive finance experience

- Minimum 2+ years as Financial Controller / Head of Finance

- Must have managed India and Global F&A, Taxation, and Statutory compliance

- Must have worked in GBS / GCC / Global organizations ONLY

- Strong expertise in revenue recognition and contract accounting

- Experience in SAP or similar ERP systems

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
