Head - Finance - Plant

Finance Head (11-17 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced finance professional with strong exposure to plant accounting and manufacturing operations. The candidate must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in the position of finance head at the plant level.

Role Highlights:

- Handling Plant accounting & financial control

- Responsible for MIS preparation & presentation to Directors

- Managing Budgeting, forecasting & cost control

- Handling Product costing & variance analysis

- Financial planning & data-driven decision-making

- Leading plant finance team & ensuring compliance

Must Have:

- Strong experience in Plant Accounting & SAP

- Expertise in Budgeting

- Ability to present financial reports to senior leadership

- Strong analytical & leadership skills
