Head - Finance Operations - Consumer Tech

Roles and Responsibilites:

- Oversee end-to-end finance operations including payments, receivables, TDS, and incentives

- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across financial processes

- Own reporting, MIS, and dashboards for finance operations

- Identify process gaps and drive automation and efficiency improvements

- Partner with business teams to provide financial clarity and support

- Manage large transaction volumes and ensure scalability of processes

- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership

- Lead and mentor a team, driving performance and operational excellence

Skills and qualifications:

- CA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution

- 4-10 years of experience in finance operations, controllership, or similar roles

- Strong understanding of financial processes and compliance

- High proficiency in Excel; ERP/BI tools preferred

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience in managing teams and working in high-growth environments
