- We are seeking accomplished finance leaders to oversee and drive financial operations across our key locations in Nagpur and Pune. Ideal candidates will bring 1020 years of comprehensive experience in finance, accompanied by deep knowledge of financial regulations, taxation frameworks, and corporate governance standards.

- This role demands a strategic thinker with strong operational insight, the ability to anticipate financial risks and opportunities, and the capability to align financial decisions with broader business objectives. With four positions available, we are looking for individuals who can lead with confidence, clarity, and resilience in a dynamic business environment.

- The Head of Finance will be responsible for managing the entire financial ecosystem, including long-term planning, budgeting processes, and optimizing working capital. The role requires ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements, particularly in areas related to FEMA and Forex management.

- The position also involves leading digital and process transformation through ERP implementation, ensuring accurate and timely MIS reporting, and driving sophisticated financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.

- Strong stakeholder management is essential, as the role will interface with internal leadership teams, external auditors, regulatory bodies, and key business partners while upholding the highest standards of governance.

- Candidates must possess robust technical and leadership capabilities, with an in-depth understanding of FEMA, Forex operations, ERP systems, and advanced reporting frameworks. Excellent communication skills, the ability to guide cross-functional teams, and a strategic mindset are critical to ensuring steady financial health and organizational growth.

Requirements:

- A Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or CMA qualification is mandatory, while an MBA in Finance from a reputed institute is preferred.

- Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounts, including at least 57 years in senior leadership roles.

- Experience in sectors such as Manufacturing, Steel, Infrastructure, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, or with Big 4 consulting firms will be highly valued.
