About the Role:

The Finance Head will lead the companys financial operations, ensuring sound financial management, planning, and compliance. This role involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting, strategic financial analysis, and risk management to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy & Planning

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.

- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

- Provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team based on financial analysis and projections.

2. Financial Management & Reporting

- Oversee all financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management, investors, and regulatory authorities.

- Monitor key financial metrics, KPIs, and business performance indicators.

3. Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations, and financial policies.

- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders.

- Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.

4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management

- Manage company cash flow, investments, and working capital.

- Optimize capital structure and ensure adequate liquidity for operations.

- Supervise banking relationships and fundraising activities, if applicable.

5. Leadership & Team Management

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.

- Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, and business development teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA),

- 18-26 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role into manufacturing industry

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate governance.

- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
