- Provide insights on profitability, cost optimization, pricing, and capital allocation

- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning

- Ensure accurate and timely closure of books (monthly, quarterly, annual)

- Monitor and forecast cash flows to support operational and growth needs

- Working capital management and inventory analysis

- Setting up Internal controls and processes

Qualification :

- CA with 10+ years of experience

- Good exposure handling business finance as well as controllership function in manufacturing setup

- Interpersonal skills
